Mental Health Week is part of a national mental health promotion campaign held in October each year. It aims to engage communities in activities that promote mental health and wellbeing and also raise awareness and understanding about mental health issues and how they affect the lives of people in our community.
This year Mental Health Carers Tasmania will be holding pop-up information stalls to coincide with this year’s theme – ‘Stronger Together’
So come and say Hi and have a chat with the MHCTas team and tell us about your experiences in your caring role and what support you are looking for as a mental health carer.[pdf-embedder url=”https://mentalhealthcarerstas.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Mental-Health-Week-2017.pdf” title=”Mental Health Week 2017″]
