Not happy with an NDIS decision?
The National Disability Insurance Agency has been rolling out the NDIS in Tasmania for several years and every 6 months a new age group enters the scheme. Advocacy Tasmania has been supporting people with disabilities and their carers with all aspects of the NDIS – from access to the scheme, pre-planning and planning support, implementing plans, complaints and all forms of reviews. Legal Aid Tasmania has been supporting people with disabilities and their carers with more formal review processes.
Advocacy Tasmania and Legal Aid Tasmania are holding forums regarding NDIS appeals and complaints.
This event is for anyone who wants to learn more about review and complaint processes regarding NDIS. You will be provided with information about what options you have if you are not happy with a decision the NDIS has made, either about getting access to the scheme or regarding what supports are funded in your plan.
