What do family members and friends need from the NDIS?
If you’re supporting someone who lives with severe mental health challenges, you might need some support yourself. We would like to work with you to identify what support you need so that this can be provided through the NDIS.
We want to produce user friendly, engaging and informative education modules to assist family members and friends to sustain themselves and the support they offer.
We invite carers to complete an application to participate in the NDIS trial module presentation. We have five placements available and participants will be paid $105.00 for the three hour session.
Join us for lunch and a workshop with other family members and friends who are in a caring role. The workshops are a chance to share your ideas about what resources you would find useful.
If you are unable to attend the workshop, please complete the survey
We are reviewing the education, training and information needs of family members supporting people with psychosocial disability. Psychosocial disability refers to disability related to mental health challenges. We want to produce user friendly, engaging and informative education modules to assist carers in their role.
We need your feedback to do this.
Please complete the survey. It should take only 5-7 minutes to complete.
